Directions:

In a bowl, add in the drained salmons, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, minced garlic, lemon zest, minced dill, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, crushed red pepper flakes and lemon juice. Stir well to mix.

Season with a dash of salt and black pepper.

Shape the mix into 4 patties.

In a skillet set over medium heat, add in the olive oil. Add in the salmon patties. Cook for 5 minutes on each side or until golden.

Transfer the patties onto the buns.

Top off with the mayonnaise, romaine lettuce, tomato slices and red onion slices.

Serve.
